Personal Portrait (Headshot) photoshoot is for people who wish to invest in their professional image and have a high quality professional portrait for CV, LinkedIn profile, or a personal website.

Team headshot photoshoot service is for teams. These projects may involve a theme (e.g., photographs with the company logo in the background). These images are usually used on the company’s website, social media, press, or used for other commercial purposes. 

Personal Branding Photoshoot involves creating a series of different images (e.g., portraits, full body images). These professional images can be used for website, for example, About Us page. These images are made to support your personal or company’s brand by telling a story and communicating your professional and company’s values and origin. You may use these images for your website, social media, press articles, conference keynote portraits, advertising.

Yes, you may always choose to order additional images to be retouched for 25 Eur/pcs.

For individual portrait sessions: you will receive an online gallery to select your retouched images within a day. You can expect to receive retouched images within 1-2 business days after you confirm your selection. In case extra images are selected, or more than 1 person is photographed, the delivery time is estimated individually.

If you need (part of) the images sooner, please inform me as soon as possible. 

The final amount is determined and paid after you select your images for retouching. Payment is made via a bank transfer. The final amount consists of: photoshoot package + extra images and costs (for example, travel, if applicable).

We discuss your personal needs in advance (vertical, horizontal, square, framing, colors). Images are sized for your personal needs, for example, we can provide a copy with reduced size for websites, or crop the image. The images are provided digitally via a cloud transfer service. The default filetype is jpeg (let us know if you need a different filetype, e.g., tiff).

Only retouched images are sent. Images which were not selected for retouching are stored for 2 months during which you may order them. Afterwards, these unedited files are permanently deleted.

The commercial image use is unlimited. Your images will be ready to use for LinkedIn, your CV, website, team page, social media, immediately. You may also use them in advertising. Please let us know in advance if you intend to use these images for a specific purpose as this may help us achieve better results for your particular project.

Throughout the entire photoshoot I will direct your body language and posture, so you always know what to do and can simply relax and enjoy the process. We will also take a look at the images together (on the camera), discuss changes, and collaboratively arrive at the best result. Usually we make a lot of beautiful shots before the end of the session. Finally, the studio lightning is adjusted to your personal features to accentuate your natural beauty. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept requests to perform such changes.

Your images for selection are sent via a private online gallery (Pixieset), accessible only with a password. After selection, they are removed from the platform. The edited files are sent via file transfer service (wetransfer) or by email. We never publish your images on this website without your consent. Please let us know if you’d like to keep your images private.

In case of a team photoshoot, usually your team members may see your images during the selection process. Please let us know if you would like us to create a separate gallery to prevent this.
